Refractory Clay Wood-Fire Ovens. A range of bake oven core kits in refractory white earthenware bricks, miniaturized bread bakery ovens designed for home use.
Ovens manufactured using Larnage white clay, a Fayol exclusivity, have been used since 1840 by European specialists in food cooking (bread and cake bakers, etc.) for its exceptional qualities: natural properties, convection, long life, etc.
Fayol is renowned for the quality of its refractory products: earthenware and bricks in varied colours used in the construction of ovens, furnaces, chimneys and barbecues, and for high-temperature applications.

Fayol applies its know-how to a range of varied and original products (meeting the highest professional requirements: materials resisting temperatures exceeding 1600*) designed for all types of assembly, along with a selection of adapted binders (mortars, cements, ...).
The manufacture
The manufacture of our products strictly respects the proportions of top-quality white clay, earthenware clay and fireclay proportions.
Fayol is determined to add to its know-how, combining its traditional knowledge with innovative ideas generated by research. Fayol SA has it own laboratory that works in close collaboration with researchers at the University of Lyon. In this way, it ensures that its knowledge of Larnage white clay is constantly widened with the two-fold aim: to achieve even better quality products and to discover new uses.
